STOPS the rainwater…. Saves time and money!

The RainWater Block (PATENT PENDING) uses a simple scientific reaction to stop the disruptive effects of rain on building and landscaping jobsites BEFORE it hits the ground! There will be no delays because there will be no mud......The dirt remains completely dry even after a deluge! The game-changing Application Bag contains the Absorbing Granules that are formulated out of a proprietary superabsorbent polymer that is ecologically friendly and completely safe for people, and can absorb 300-400 times its weight of water. The Application Bag shown is 3’ x 5’, but it can come in various sizes so that contractors can pick the right one for their particular need. The Application Bags with the Absorbing Granules inside can be easily applied over a critical area of a building site in literally a few minutes BEFORE the storm hits, and then they can be just as easily removed AFTER the storm has passed and the rainwater has been absorbed by the Absorbing Granules. It simply involves picking up the Application Bags and moving them out of the way, and work can begin again immediately! The wet Absorbing Granules inside the Application Bags can be dried on the jobsite in only 2- 3 hours with a basic fan, OR the wet Absorbing Granules can just be thrown away and the Application Bags be reused by dropping in new dry Absorbing Granules. If the Absorbing Granules are dried and reused dozens of times for many storms, then the cost per use drops to a negligible amount. Either way, if the storm misses the jobsite, the Application Bags with the still dry Absorbing Granules inside can also be picked up in minutes and saved for another storm. Obviously always having them on hand is great peace of mind for the contractor who has a lot of time and money invested in the job! The product is extremely inexpensive for the contractors who have to keep their costs down on every jobsite.

The huge payoff for the contractor is not losing days of work, or actually gaining days of work….For instance if a masonry contractor who makes $500 per day used it for 48 storms in a year and saved 96 days (i.e., two days per storm) that were lost in the past, this would mean almost an additional $48,000 in revenue! For a general contractor with several large jobs this could easily total hundreds of thousands of dollars in extra income for them each year; and for a multi-billion dollar construction company, this could mean millions of dollars!
